Nicole Clark was a phenomenal realtor. I will recommend her to all my friends and family. Being 24 years old and doing the process alone was challenging, but with the help of Nicole, we got things moving quickly. It was her first time selling to someone in my industry, which is all cash, but she made things happen. She was the only person I had that helped me along the way. She was like a mother to me during this process. I know that if it wasn't for her, none of this would be possible. I am forever thankful, and I will miss her a lot.

From the very start we felt Nicole was a well seasoned real estate agent. She was very attentive, responsive and respectful to our needs over the entire sales period. The closing went off without a hitch in part because of her dedication and attention to detail. She worked well with the seller's agent and with my bank to ensure that we had all of our ducks in a row to have a quick, efficient, and on-time closing.
